Protein rich spicy peanuts. It is also known as Peanut Sundal.
- 5 1/2 cups peanuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 dry red chilli
- Salt to taste
- 5 curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
- Pressure cook peanuts with salt and water for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chillies.
- Add boiled peanuts and grated coconut to the tempering. Mix well.
