This is veg modified version of traditional Green beans dry curry generally made from Berma (dry, fermented fish)
- 2 cups Green Beans, stringed and chopped into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup Onions, chopped
- 1 Garlic, clove
- 2 Green Chilli, finely chopped
- 7 pieces Tofu, sliced into 1 inch pieces and sauteed
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- Salt as needed
- Boil the green beans.
- Heat oil and saute onions, garlic, chopped green chilli.
- Add green beans, sauteed tofu and stir fry. Add salt.
