Traditional sweet made with freshly grated coconut and jaggery
- 1 cup Fresh Coconut, grated
- 1 cup Vellam/ Jaggery, grated
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 1/4 cup Water
- 10 Cashews
- Blend grated coconut and keep aside.
- In a pan, melt grated jiggery with water.
- Add ground coconut and continuously stir till it gets to a dough like consistency.
- Add cardamom powder, ghee and cashew. Mix well for 2 to 3 minutes.
