Takira is a sweet instant breakfast recipe from Himachal Pradesh, made with wheat flour, ghee and sugar.
- 1 cup gehun ka sheera
- 5 teaspoons Ghee
- Sugar to taste
- Mix together sheera and sugar.
- Heat ghee in a pan and pour the mixture into it.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Serve Takira warm.
