This is recipe of flat bread made from wheat flour, jowar flour and bajra flour in a Surati way.
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1/3 cup Jowar Flour
- 1/3 cup Bajra Flour
- 1/3 cup Water or as required
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Mix flour with oil, salt and little water. Knead into soft dough.
- On rolling board, pat a piece of dough into round shape.
- Bake over tawa till brown on both sides. Apply little oil while cooking.
- Serve bhakri hot with a cup of tea or with sabji or pickles.
