Leftover rice fermented with curd and spiced
- 1/2 cup leftover rice
- 1/4 cup yogurt / curd
- 1/4 cup arisi kanji/water drained from cooked rice
- 5 pearl onions
- 1 green chili
- salt and sugar as per taste
- Soak leftover rice in just enough water overnight.
- Add yogurt, arisi kanji, salt, ginger, green chili and chopped onions. Mash / blend well.
