Sun dried bitter gourd chips

Ingredients

  • 2 Bitter Gourd, cut into round slices
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil bitter gourd with salt until half done.
  2. Spread it out and place under direct sunlight until completely dry.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry sun dries bitter gourd.
  4. Serve Pavakka kondattam with curd rice.
