Narikol-Bilahi Chutney is a delicious Assamese chutney prepared with fire grilled tomatoes, coconut, coriander leaves and garlic.
- 1 Coconut
- 1 Tomato, fire grilled
- 12 Garlic cloves
- 5 Green chilli
- 1 bunch Coriander leaf
- 2 teaspoons Mustard oil
- Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste.
- Enjoy Narikol Bilahi chutney.
