Drink made from nachni flour used as coolant from the summer heat.
- 1 cup nachni
- 2 cups tak / butter milk
- 3 mirhi, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon jeera
- Add 2-3 cup water slowly to nachni.
- Add other ingredients and mix well with hand to avoid lumps.
- Heat and bring to boil. As nachini thickens, add more water to obtain flowy texture.
- Add curd and salt to adjust taste.
