Side dish made from Daikon radish with yougurt
- 1 daikon radish, grated
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 cup yogurt, whisked
- 1 green chilli, chopped fine
- 1 pinch red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Squeeze out radish to remove water.
- Add cumin seed powder, chilli powder, salt and yogurt / zamutdodh. Mix well.
- Sprinkle chilli powder as garnish. Serve chilled along with parathas.
