Salad of radish pods along with guava!
- 1 cupMogri ( radish pods ), finely chopped
- 1 cup guava, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons green chilli paste
- 2 teaspoons powder sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fine chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
- Mix chopped mogri with chilli paste and salt. Mix well.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes in freezer. Squeeze mogri and mix with remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with coriander and serve mogri peru nu kachumber as side dish.
