Traditional Gujarati quick side-dish of stir fried green chilies
- 1 cup Green chilies
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- 1 pinch Hing (asafoetida)
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds (rai)
- 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek powder (methi powder)
- Stir fry green chillies with little oil, mustard seeds, methi seeds and hing.
- Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
