Bread made from flour and banana
- 1/4 kilogram All purpose flour (maida)
- 1 large Bananas
- 2 tablespoons Curds
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Soda
- 1 tablespoon Oil/ghee
- Oil for frying
- Knead ingredients into soft dough.
- Allow it to rest overnight.
- Make small balls of dough & roll into puri shape. Deep fry till golden brown on all sides.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney
