Maladu is healthy and delicious sweet made with roasted gram flour, sugar and ghee. It is very easy to prepare recipe.
- 2 cups Roasted gram
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar, powdered
- 10 Cashews
- 3/4 cup Ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon Powdered cardamom
- Grind roasted gram to fine powder.
- Roast broken cashew in ghee until golden brown. Keep aside.
- Combine powdered gram, sugar, cardamom powder and ghee-fried cashews.
- Add melted ghee little by little and shape into tight balls.
- Serve tasty maladu and enjoy.
