Roti/flat bread made from corn flour is popularly eaten with Sarson ka saag
- 4 cups Corn flour
- 6 Green chilies, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Knead flour and other ingredients into smooth dough.
- Using plastic bag, roll into round roti.
- Bake over tawa till brown on both sides.
- Serve with butter and sarson ka saag
