Maesh crari, also known as Kalyadi is a milk product rich in proteins, carbohydrates and fats. It can be fried and eaten as a snack or with rice.
- Maesh Crari
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons equal quantity of mixture of salt, red chilli powder and black pepper
- Heat oil and add small pieces of maesh crari. Let it melt and spread in the pan.
- Sprinkle the mixture of salt, black pepper and mirchi powder on the maesh crari.
- Flip it and fry till golden brown.
- Enjoy Maesh Crari as a snack.
