Coconut filled folded crepes
- 1 1/2 cups Wheat flour
- Sugar as needed
- Grated coconut
- Salt to taste
- Combine wheat flour, salt and water to form a thick batter.
- Heat a pan and pour a ladleful of batter on it. Spread it into a circle using the ladle.
- Cook both sides. Apply ghee while cooking.
- Combine coconut and sugar, place it at the centre of each crepe and fold.
- Serve Madakku pola with tea.
