Simple 5 ingredient recipe used as prasad. Broken puffed paddy flour mixed with jaggery and ghee.
- 1 cup broken puffed paddy/layapitto
- A pinch cardamom powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoons grated/powdered jaggery
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- Mix grated coconut with jaggery well.
- Add broken puffed paddy flour /layapitto and mix well.
- Add a pinch of cardamom powder and ghee.
- Served as prasad.
