Lasiade are green Sebesten plum found in Himachal Pradesh. The recipe is curry preparation using the fruits.
- Lasiade / Sebesten Plum
- Raw mango
- Amchur / tamarind paste
- Break the fruit into two pieces. Removes the seed.
- Boil in water for 10 minutes.
- While boiling add one medium raw mango sliced to reduce stickiness.
- Fry the boiled fruit along with spices till soft.
- Add amchur/mango powder or tamarind paste. Cook for few minutes. Adjust taste with salt.
- Serve hot.
