Stir fried mustard greens.

- Mustard Oil
- Turmeric powder
- Garlic, crushed
- Lai Xaak/Mustard greens
- Heat mustard oil and fry sliced onion till golden brown.
- Add garlic, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add Lai Xaak and potato and mix well.
- Cover the pan and cook on low flame until fully cooked.
- Serve Lai Xaak warm with rice.
