Crunchy Christmas sweets
- 300 grams Flour
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 50 grams Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- Coconut Milk
- Mix flour with melted butter, vanilla essence and sugar. Knead with coconut milk to thick dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll into large circle. Make horizontal and diagonal cuts to make diamond shapes.
- Sprinkle flour to avoid pieces to stick.
- Deep fry kulkul till golden brown.
