Curry made from leaves of Colocasia
- 4 -5 Colocasia Leaves, washed and chopped finely
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 cup masur dal
- Corinader seed Powder
- Cumin seeds Powder
- Green Chillies
- 3 Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- Pressure cook chopped leaves along with water, turmeric and masoor dal.
- As cooker cools down, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds powder, chopped tomatoes, pepper and crushed garlic.
- Add water if required. Mix well. Bring to boil.
- Serve Kosu Thuror Pator Haak hot.
