Smashed spicy tangy woodapple pulp as side dish
- 1 wood apple / Kodbel
- 3 dry roasted Chillies
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard oil
- Salt to taste
- Jaggery to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro/coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Break open kodbel to remove pulp.
- Remove seeds if not required
- Mix with all ingredients .
- Serve Kodbel Bhorta / Kodbel Makha as a side dish.
