Monpa Version of pulao made with Mann greens


  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1/2 cup Spring onion / Mann leaves, chopped
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Red chilli paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • Salt to taste


  1. Grind cheese with red chilli and ginger paste.
  2. Combine with chopped spring onion / Mann greens.
  3. Mix with hot cooked rice and serve Kharzi warm.
