Monpa Version of pulao made with Mann greens
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1/2 cup Spring onion / Mann leaves, chopped
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 tablespoons Red chilli paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- Grind cheese with red chilli and ginger paste.
- Combine with chopped spring onion / Mann greens.
- Mix with hot cooked rice and serve Kharzi warm.
