Vegetable side dish with unique combination of bittergourd and potato
- 2 Bitter Gourd, medium sized
- 2 Potato, medium sized
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 Green Chilly
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilly Powder
- 1 pinch, Turmeric powder
- Salt-to taste
- Heat oil. Splutter cumin seeds and green chillies. Add onion and saute till tender.
- Add vegetables, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Stir fry. Cover and cook till vegetables are done.
- Serve Karotkhabi Kanghou hot with rice
