Karamudhu podi is a very commonly used curry powder in most Tamil Brahmin vegetable curries. It is prepared with coriander seeds, lentils and dry red chillies.
- 1 cup Coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoons Gram dal
- 2 tablespoons Urad dhal
- 4 Dry red chillies
- Dry roast all ingredients till golden brown and grind coarsely.
- Store karamudhu in an air-tight container.
