Savoury salad made from Arbi
- 4 kachalu / arbi, boiled, peeled, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 4 tablespoons yoghurt
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Mix boiled chopped kachalu along with chopped tomato and onion.
- Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and red chilli.
- Mix yogurt to kachalu mixture.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve Kachalu chaat.
