Fragrant pink rose petal jam
- 1 cup Rose Petals
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- Wash rose petals. Allow to dry. Finely chop dried petals.
- In a jar, place alternate layers of rose petals and sugar evenly. Close jar and place it in sunlight for 10 days.
- Stir the mixture every day using clean spoon. Store gulkand in airtight container. Refrigerate to store long.
