Porridge made with broken wheat
- 1 1/2 cups Broken wheat, soaked for 2 hours
- 1/2 cup Thick coconut milk
- 1/8 cup Coconut, grated
- Salt to taste
- Pressure cook broken wheat along with water for 3 whistles.
- Once cooked, mash it slightly and add water, coconut milk, grated coconut and salt. Mix well and bring to boil.
- Serve Gothambu kanji hot!
