Godaso Poha

Beaten rice cooked with jaggery


  • 3/4 cup thin poha, roasted
  • 1 tablespoon jaggery, grated
  • 1/2 cup Coconut, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Salt
  • 1/2 banana, slices


  1. Mix coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder and salt. Mash well.
  2. Add poha and banana slices. Serve Godaso Poha as breakfast / snack.
