- 2 carrots, washed and peeled
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt / kala namak
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed powder
- salt as per taste
- Grind carrots along with 2 cups water and all ingerdients.
- Garnish and serve gajar ka ras.
