Traditional recipe made from broken wheat flour and sugar
- 1/2 cup Ground wheat (Fada / Daliya)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom (elaichi), powdered
- 1 tablespoon Mix dry fruits, for garnishing
- Roast wheat in ghee till slightly brown.
- Add water and sugar to mixture.
- Cook covered till water is absorbed and wheat is cooked.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder and top dry fruits.
