Flattened rice mixed with curd and topped with fruits served as snack or breakfast in Bihar.
- 1 cup Flattened Rice / Poha / Chura, thin variety
- 2 cups Yogurt / dahi
- 1 cup fresh fruits
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- Jaggery, grated
- Wash the poha with water. Drain and soak in tbsp. of milk till soft.
- Whisk yogurt along with jaggery. Add poha. mix well.
- Place in serving bowl. Garnish with fresh fruit. Serve Dahi Chura fresh.
