Lassi made using tender coconut in West Bengal
- 1 Daab / tender coconut, water and semi solid inner
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups curd, sour
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- Lemon juice, as per taste
- 4 mint leaves
- Blend coconut and sugar to smooth paste. .
- Mix with curd, coconut water and mint leaves. Grind.
- Adjust taste with salt, sugar and lemon juice.
- Garnish and serve Daaber Ghol.
