- Agati flowers, cleaned and stamens removed
- Rice flour
- Gram flour
- Chilly powder
- Oil for frying
- Prepare a thick batter with rice flour, gram flour, salt, chilly powder and water.
- Dip agati flowers in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
