A steamed milk curd preparation served as dessert
- 400 grams Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Thick Milk
- 1 cup Hung Curd / chakka
- 2 teaspoons pistachio, chopped for ganishing
- Blend chakka, condensed milk and milk in mixer till smooth.
- Place in small dishes and steam in pressure cooker for 20 -30 minutes.
- Remove when slightly golden and firm to touch. Allow to cool and refrigerate.
- Garnish with pistachios.
