Grilled eggplant recipes made in Bengali style
- 1 Brinjal, large, sliced
- 2 teaspoons Turmeric
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for cooking
- Mix turmeric and salt in oil. Marinate brinjal with this mixture. Keep it for 5 minutes.
- With little oil, pan fry slices in batches till brown on each side and cooked from inside.
- Serve Begun Bhaja with chutney.
