Bathu ki kheer is a special dessert from Himachal Pradesh prepared with Chenopodium seeds, milk and sugar.
- 1 cup Bathu seeds
- 1 liter Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Broken dry fruits
- 1 teaspoon Ghee
- Boil milk. Add baathu seeds and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar and cook until milk thickens.
- Garnish with fried dry fruits and a tsp of ghee.
- Serve Bathu ki kheer hot or cold.
