Baadi is porridge made from Buckwheat flour/ kwada ka ata / Choon or mandua ka atta. Baadi is often served with gahat ki dal or Phaanu.
- 2 cups Kwada ka Aata/buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- Water as required.
- Heat water in pan(earthern pot). Bring to boil.
- Gradually add Kwada flour. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle cumin seed powder and salt.
- Serve baadi with ghee and phaanu.
