Powder chutney with strong garlic flavor
- 1 cup Tur dal
- 1 cup Fried gram (putanalu pappu)
- 2 Garlic - full pods
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds/jeera
- Curry leaves - few (optional)
- 10 Red chillies
- 1/4 teaspoon Hing
- 1/4 teaspoon Oil
- Salt as required
- Dry roast tur dal along with hing, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Dry roast fried gram and garlic separately.
- Fry red chillies in little oil.
- Grind everything coarsely with salt needed. Serve Kandi Podi with ghee and rice,
