Kantola stir fried with spices
- 250 grams Kantola / Akakarakaya, washed, edged and sliced
- 10 Curry leaves
- 2 Red chillies
- 3/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Oil
- Heat oil. Fry curry leaves, red chillies and kantola slices.
- Stir fry until kantola changes color and slight crispy.
- Add red chili powder and salt. Mix well.
- Serve Akakarakaya Vepudu hot with rice.
