Refreshing drink from boiled raw mango pulp mixed with cumin and salt
- 1 large Raw mango
- 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
- 4 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- Bake/grill the mango until charred from outside and cooked inside. Dunk in cold water to prevent overcooking.
- Peel and squeeze pulp. Add sugar, salt and cumin powder to pulp. Blend.
- Add 4-5 cups of water. Blend.
- Serve Aam Jhora chilled.
