Sour and tangy mango chutney
- 4 raw mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 pinch red chilly powder
- 1 pinch garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Boil raw mango with sugar and salt till soft. Mash.
- Add red chilly powder and garam masala. Cook for some time.
- When cool, settles into jelly like consistency. Store aam chutney in air tight container.
