Sauce made from coriander, mint, radish and onion.
There are multiple variants. Simplest tsamik is dried chillies crushed with salt. In some parts radish leaves or dried leaves of wild plants added.
- Radish leaves
- Yogurt, optional
- Pound all ingredients in mortar
- Add chilly powder and salt
- Sometimes curd or buttermilk is added to make thick paste.
