Cool beverage made from roasted gram flour
- 3 teaspoons Chana ka Sattu / powdered roasted chana
- 2 teaspoons Jaggery, powdered
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch black salt
- Dissolve jaggery in chilled water.
- Add Sattu powder and mix well.
- Adjust taste with jaggery, lemon and black salt.
- Serve Sattu Sharbat chilled.
