Crunchy tapioca fried snack
- 1/2 cup Sago, soaked in buttermilk for 3 hrs.
- 2 cups Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup Besan Flour
- 1/2 cup Fried Gram / Daliya / Putnalu, ground to powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Chilly Powder
- 50 grams Oil
- Mix flour with hot oil, salt and chilli powder. Add soaked sago and knead into soft dough.
- Using muruku / chakli press, extrude dough into hot oil. Deep fry murukus till golden brown on all sides.
- Store Saggu Biyyam Murukulu in air tight container.
