Simple quick Rice Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw rice , smaller grain, soaked overnight
  • 2 tablespoons cooked rice
  • 2 teaspoons grated coconut
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Grind soaked rice with cooked rice, coconut and water to make thinner batter. Adjust salt.
  2. Spread spoonful of batter over hot tawa to make round dosa. Cover and cook both sides.
