Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds / methi / मेथी दाना
  • 1 tablespoon nigella seed/ kala jeera / मंग्रैल / कलौंजी
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seed / जीरा
  • 1 tablespoon black mustard seed / राई
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seed / सौंफ़

Instructions

  1. Mix spice seeds in equal proportion and store for future use.
