Side dish made from elephant apple / Chulta.
The fruit of elephant apple has strong antidiabetic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
- Ou Tenga / Elephant apple
- Panch Phuron ( 5 spices)
- Turmeric Powder
- Grind Ou Tenga or cut into small pieces.
- Season with hot oil and fried panch phuron and little turmeric
- Adjust taste with salt and jaggery. Mix well.
