Stir fried radish pods cooked with spices. Learn how to make mogri ki sabji –
- 2 cups Mogri, 1 inch long, chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Coriander leaves, chopped to garnish
- Heat oil. Splutter cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida and green chillies.
- Add mogri and stir fry till soft.
- Add spices, salt and mix well. Add little water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve mogri ki sabji hot.
